I'm back from Penang!!!

Well, the forced (was not in the mood to go anywhere but was forced by dad) Penang trip was not that bad =P

After teaching ballet from 10 to 1.30pm, my sister and I met my dad and his tour group at Tumasek and off we headed to Penang. There were a lot of stops for wehseh time. Wehseh in Bahasa Indon is toilet (the tour guests are Indonesians and they think my 14 years old sister is the elder one =.="'). Before we went to the Penang island, we had dinner at this seafood restaurant. By the time we reached the hotel, it was 10ish 11pm. Having no Astro at home, my sister and I were in heaven!!! We end up watching Star movie, Disney Channel, Vision4, normal channels til wee hours.

Next morning after breakfast, my sister and I went to the beach, had some beach time and took quite a few pictures while my dad brought the tour group out. Then, we went back to the room and had more TV session and fell asleep. I was actually smsing Thama so when I was in the mid of dozing off, I heard my sms ring tone. I assumed it was Thama and I knew what will her reply be so I was too lazy to read. The next thing I know, my phone was giving out the baby laughter. I was so shocked and so wide awake because that is someone's ring tone and after answering the call, only I realised that my 'tour guide' sent that last message =P

My tour guide brought my sister and I to his famous fried rice restaurant (called Angel) near his school after giving us a quick tour around his school. He was/ is proud of the school mind you!! I had the opportunity/ luck to see his juniors cleaning the bagpipes too!! Next, we went and bought tao sa piah and went to Gurney Plaza. We end up in my favourite fast food outlet and talked more, joined by Noel later. We went to our separate ways by 6.45pm. Couldn't believe the longest conversation I had was this time (and the things we talked about!!)- 6 hours, and through msn- 8 hours. Both were with friends from Penang =P

At night, my sister and I had food at Gurney Drive (Wan Tan Mee, Ice Kacang, Cendol and Rojak) while the group had theirs at a seafood restaurant near us. Then, we joined the group to go back to the hotel. While waiting for the bus, my sister and I spotted a sea snake and 2 mud skippers!!! Wow!! I know, typical city girl =P
At night, another doze of movies and my 2 favourite shows -NCIS + Criminal minds. Actually my dad wanted to bring us to the Pesta Penang but it was raining and I told my dad what WH told me- the pesta is like an old fun fare + pasar malam=> nothing special (I told him because I wanted to go back to watch the 2 shows hehe)

On the 3rd day, we had breakfast and left the hotel by 10ism am. Stopped at Ipoh for lunch and here I am, blogging after the bus dropped us at Kepong Sentral train station->sat train to Kepong station->walked home->did laundry.

Just want to thank the PPAW who took their time off to make my this last minute unplanned trip so enjoyable. I really did have fun and got to know a lot of 18SX stuff LOL!!!

Someone's car will never be the same anymore hahaha!!! Still very surprised that you actually remember certain things =)
