New Year

I know, everyone would be writing down their resolution and planning great things for this year. I am doing the same, but different. I am not going to make any resolutions for once and I have decided to just go with the flow, follow my heart and reduce the planner me. Nothing to expect from this year besides bad luck and more high and low emotions.

Anyway, I spent my new year the way I wanted--reading on my bed =)

On 31st Dec, I was on the train finishing Marley and Me. I was reading the last few chapters, the part where Marley is old and dying soon. Can you believe me? I was on the train and tears were welling in my eyes. I was tearing in public!!!


When I reach home still feeling for the lost of Marley (I can't stand the fact that I'll be going through the same thing in maybe another 10 years or less--losing Spritz), my mother decided to watch Bedtime Stories and we managed to catch the show at 3.30pm (the show was scheduled to start at 3.20pm but you know, commercials and trailers 1st ).


Starring Adam Sandler with Russell Brand, Lucy Lawless, Courteney Cox and Rob Schneider. It was really funny and I enjoyed myself until the credits started rolling. I nearly stood up and clapped. Well, emotions were running high, what do you expect =P

By the time the movie ended, I was famished because I skipped breakfast and lunch so we went around hunting for food. We decided to have Western food so we had it and the dinner was not really a happy one because 1) dad called and asked us to go down KL to get bus tickets to Penang for him because he has a group to take there. 2) I spent RM120 for that dinner

Reached home, mom went to catch the train to KL to avoid traffic and brother asked more $$ from me because he was broke (like usual). So all in all, I spent nearly RM 200 on new year eve and nothing involved getting stuff for myself. But, I am sort of helping people around me right??

ANYWAY, I hope everyone is happy and have a great year ahead...to those who read my blog...

PS: This new year, suddenly realise I do find some people around me REALLY REALLY annoying especially since he started bombing me with questions on how to cure/treat him when he don't feel good. Even when a slight headache or stomachache. Yeesshhh...so annoying!!! I ain't a qualified doc OK!!!
